Reiki I is the first step on your journey into the gentle yet profound world of energy healing. This foundational training opens the door to self-healing, spiritual growth, and the ability to share Reiki with others through light touch. No prior experience is needed—only an open heart and a willingness to learn.

During this immersive training, you will:
  • Learn the history, principles, and philosophy of Reiki
  • Explore the chakra system and energetic anatomy
  • Receive the sacred Reiki I attunement, activating your innate ability to channel healing energy
  • Practice giving and receiving Reiki in a supportive, heart-centered environment
